게임 안에서 바로 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)

게임에서 설정을 엽니다.
계정 삭제를 누르고, 확인 창에서 삭제를 누릅니다.
계정과 서버의 게임 데이터가 바로 삭제되고, 기기의 게임 데이터도 초기화됩니다.

메일로 요청하기

acornlab.games@gmail.com 으로 제목 “데이터 삭제 요청”과 함께 계정 ID를 보내 주세요. 계정 ID는 게임 설정 화면의 ‘계정 ID’ 옆 복사 버튼으로 복사할 수 있습니다. 앱을 이미 지웠다면, 게임에서 쓰던 닉네임과 대략의 마지막 접속 날짜를 알려 주세요.

삭제되는 정보

익명 계정, 닉네임, 클라우드 저장과 이전 저장본
랭킹 기록, 우편·쿠폰 사용 기록

보관되는 정보

구매 기록(주문 번호·상품·시각): 전자상거래 관련 법령에 따라 5년 보관 후 삭제

메일 요청은 확인 후 지체 없이, 늦어도 30일 안에 처리하고 메일로 알려 드립니다. 삭제한 데이터는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

기기에 남은 게임 데이터는 앱을 지우거나, 게임 설정의 데이터 초기화로 지울 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 정보는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제해 주세요.

Delete your account and data

Delete in the game (fastest)

Open Settings in the game.
Tap Delete account, then tap Delete in the confirmation window.
Your account and server-side game data are deleted right away, and the game data on your device is reset.

Request by email

Email acornlab.games@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your account ID (copy it with the Copy button next to “Account ID” in Settings). If you already uninstalled the game, tell us your nickname and roughly when you last played.

What we delete

Your anonymous account, nickname, cloud save and earlier saves
Leaderboard records, mail and coupon history

What we keep

Purchase records (order ID, product, time), kept for 5 years as required by e-commerce law, then deleted

We process email requests without delay and within 30 days, and confirm by email. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the game or use Reset data in Settings. For advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
